Return and Exchange Policy

We take pride in customer satisfaction at 22 Loft House and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 15 days of your original purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs.  As long as items are postmarked back to us within 15 days of receiving (based on USPS tracking numbers), we will refund your method of payment. For returns postmarked 16-30 days after receiving, only a store credit will be given (that can also be used online). Any requests made after 30 days will NOT be eligible for a refund, return, credit, or exchange of ANY KIND. Once again, merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached and If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund form from your original order.  Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).  We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. 

If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund form from your original order.  Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).

In-Store Pickup

Enjoy the ease of shopping on-line and picking up in-store. However; please note that our in-store pickup runs similar to our on-line purchases. 

Your order will be held at the store for 15 calendar days. We'll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the store floor. If your order is canceled you will only receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase. 

Social Media Purchases

We love that you love to follow us on social media platforms. We love even more that you want to shop with us! The easiest way to do that is via the links we attach to our posts. Those purchases will be honored first. However, if you would still like to shop our social media sites, we would love to help you out as best we can. In order to claim something on Facebook or even Instagram, please leave us the size you are wanting and an email address where we can invoice you. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your item(s) will be returned to the floor store and your invoice will be canceled. We do our best to keep up with sizes on-line and in store but occasionally our system is slow in updating what we have in stock. If your item sells before you pay your invoice, we will do our best to locate you a new one but ultimately our on-line purchases are honored first. We will notify you of the sell and cancel your invoice. 

If you have paid for your order and chose to pickup in store, please note the above In-Store Pickup Policy. 

Shipping Rates and Fees

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are usually processed and leave our store within 2 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. Expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days from your order date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our store, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us to correct this ASAP. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!

We offer FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50.
